Rule 20
Arrangements related to records
(1) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, the records and documents received will be kept in an orderly manner, preservation of records, correspondence, sending of records, etc. will be done by the Registrar in the case of the Court of Appeals and in the case of the District Court by the Registrar.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Act, when the missile is sent by the mediator, it shall be sent to the record branch of the district court.
